Every other year IFES Europe runs a training conference for student leaders: The Student Leadership Formacion. This conference brings together students from Europe, Eurasia, and the Middle East. It is designed especially for students who are currently involved in leadership in a university group setting, and also for those who are potential student leaders. This applies to leadership at any level: student group leader, Bible study group leader, evangelistic team leader etc.
