IFES Europe runs a variety of networks that allow national staff workers of IFES movements to connect and interact with staff workers from other countries and to receive training in a specific area of the ministry.

Some of the network opportunities deal with a variety of small group evangelism approaches:

• Christianity Explored
• Glad you asked

Other networks focus on specific areas of the ministry:

• International Students' Ministry
• University Evangelists
• High School Ministry
• Graduates Leaders Network

Staff workers need to be delegated into these networks by their national movement. If you are interested get in contact with the general secretary of your movement.

Staff workers and volunteers of the IFES national movements are also invited to serve as Community Group leaders at the Student Leadership Formacion. They will receive an intensive training before the event as well as 'on the job training' during the SLF itself. They will also help with running workshops and other sessions during the SLF.
