We want to give you the opportunity to see whether the Alpha course would be helpful for your movement. 14 million people in 120 countries have done the Alpha course.
We believe that each IFES movement should have at least one evangelistic small group approach, in which they train staff and students, and to which they can invite seekers.
 
The purpose of this Explore weekend:
- to explore and discover a tool which could be used for reaching non-believers through small group events
- to explore how this tool could be used in student ministry and hear some examples of how this tool has already been used in difference student movements - particularly in the Netherlands
- to have the opportunity to ask any questions concerning the Alpha course. There will be representatives from Alpha at the event
- to have enough information to be able to make a decision about whether or not to join this network to work together with others to develop this tool for your local context
 
Dates: 23 - 25 April 2010
Location: YWAM Training Centre, Amsterdam, the Netherlands
Cost: 60€ per person. There are scholarships available.
Who should come: each movement who would be interested in this meeting should send 2 representatives - one staff member, and one graduate or student leader. You will also need approval from your General Secretary to attend this meeting.
